We Train Volleyball Players

We build athletes and make them better on the court. We do this by specializing in both skill & strength development and help bridge the gap between the two using advanced tech and data analysis, all at our own training site.

By combining our team of Sports Scientists with HOUSE OF VOLLEY™ training systems, we leverage cutting edge technology and data to generate custom performance reports - ensuring every athlete’s program is engineered to maximize their full athletic potential.

Infusing high-level fundamentals by breaking down the biomechanics and motor skills used in habit-building processes that are adaptable at any skill level or age

Training Memberships & Options.

  • For athletes ages 14+

    HOV Strength is a position-aware, data-informed training system designed to help volleyball players jump higher, move faster, hit harder and stay healthy throughout the club season and beyond.

    Each session athletes are ran through a “full body” lift. Programming is designed specifically for and also to protect against the the demands of our sport by addressing proper approach mechanics, landing techniques, and building joint integrity by strengthening durability in the ankles, knees, hips and shoulders. Our priority is to help athletes get stronger and prioritize injury-prevention, especially in young athletes.

  • HOV Strength + uses a volleyball-specific systematic training approach where athletes are on a custom created program that is designed specifically for them. Proper periodization programming minimizes the risk of overtraining and maximizes performance metrics using planned training intervals specific to each athlete.

    HOV Strength + is for serious athletes looking to get recruited or compete at a higher level.

  • HOV Skills focuses on developing high-level mechanics, deeply rooted fundamentals and a better understanding of the game. Athletes learn how to move efficiently, execute skills with consistency, and apply strategy in real-game situations by developing habits that happen automatically so athletes spend less time thinking and more time executing.

    Every session is structured to improve decision-making, technical execution and confidence on the court. Athletes don’t just practice more, they get better.

  • Train 1-on-1 with our coaching staff and receive personalized instruction on how you can increase your skills to enhance your game-time performance.

    Each private lesson is catered and designed to fit around the athletes specific needs on the court.

ENHANCING PERFORMANCE BY OFFERING FUNDAMENTAL AND STRENGTH TRAINING SESSIONS TO DEVELOP WELL- ROUNDED ATHLETES.

At HOUSE OF VOLLEY™, we want to help you win and have fun doing it. We encourage players to come and train without the added pressure to be perfect athletes often get at their typical practice. Our coaching method is backed from feeling correct/necessary movements that make the biggest difference on the court and in their athleticism. With this culture, players learn to create a new habits and learn discipline that will not only maximize their results in competition, but help them learn necessary tools that will help them succeed in life.

  • Private Lessons

    Book private lessons that are 1-on-1 training sessions on the court to develop skills and fundamentals. Purchase one session at a time or in a package and save more.

  • Beach Training

    Book up to 8 beach training sessions and enhance your performance on the sand by signing up for The Beach Membership. Sessions are small groups (4-6) so athletes get adequate coaching each training. Although not required, we encourage athletes to sign up with a partner. Athletes can join an existing group or form their own with friends - contact for more info.

  • Volleyball-Specific Strength Training

    Systematic training approach that is volleyball-specific and minimizes the risk of overtraining and maximizes specific results using planned training intervals. Athletes on an individualized program that is uniquely designed for them is pivotal to enhancing their performance and physicality on the court.
