ATHLETE TRAINING

ENHANCING PERFORMANCE BY OFFERING FUNDAMENTAL AND STRENGTH TRAINING SESSIONS TO DEVELOP WELL- ROUNDED ATHLETES.

At The House of Volley, we encourage players to come and train with no pressure to perform. This allows players to try new things that are currently outside of their comfort zone. Doing so will help them to feel the proper, but necessary movements. That’s what we’re after. Our coaching method is backed from feeling correct/necessary movements but knowing mistakes are likely to follow (because they’re new) and being okay with them. With this culture, players learn and with continued reps, they create a new habit that will maximize their results in competition.

How it Works

Small Group & Private Lessons

There are two ways athletes can come and train:

  1. Private group trainings

  2. Private lessons

Private Group Trainings

The only training system in Orange County that offer exclusive volleyball skills and strength trainings on a consistent weekly basis. Trainings offered in the small group options are:

  • Skills - Passing, Defense, Hitting etc.

  • Strength - Vertical, Agility, Upper Body etc.

Those who want access to these trainings should sign up for either a House of Volley Membership or can purchase a one time Drop-In Pass.

Private Lessons

The second option for trainings are Private Lessons. These function as normal but are purchased separately from the small group options. Athletes can purchase private lessons one at a time or in a package to save money.

  • Unlimited Membership

    Train unlimited.

    Book unlimited amount of private group sessions with The House of Volley Athlete Membership. Athletes can book both Skills and Strength Sessions with this training pass.

  • Drop-In Session

    This is a one-time-use pass that can be used to book a training session for those who don’t have a Unlimited Membership but want to come in and see what we’re all about. It can also be use to get those valuable reps leading up to a tourney or tryouts.

  • Private Lessons

    Book private lessons that guarantee 1-on-1 training sessions 100% catered to each athlete. Purchase one session at a time or in a package and save more.

THE FACILITY

Get faster, stronger, jump higher and refine your skills in the only all-in-one exclusive volleyball training facility in Orange County. By signing up for a House of Volley Membership, athletes can choose to attend private group skill and strength trainings.

Members also receive a code for private lessons.
