Ways to Train

  • Our Training Method guides athletes through a systematic training approach that is volleyball-specific and minimizes the risk of overtraining and maximizes specific results using planned training intervals. ‌Working directly with athletes to create specificity that will help is pivotal to their success:

    • Athlete assessments - testing to measure progress and results

    • Periodization model catered to your tournament + practice schedule

    • Key position-specific exercises embedded into your program

  • SESSIONS PAUSED: Volleyball specific strength training sessions are here to help any level athlete come and enhance their athleticism. Benefits to these trainings are:

    • Functional strength

    • Position specific movements

    • Power, explosiveness, speed & agility + mobility

    • State of the art facility

    • High energy group setting

    • Skill infused warmup drills

    Trainings will help players take their game time performance to the next level.

  • Train 1-on-1 with Coach Taylor and receive personalized training on what you can do to enhance your game-time performance.

    Athletes working with Coach Taylor are guaranteed to see improvements. Whether they are a lot of small improvements over a period of time, or path-altering break through moments that happen often, athletes always come away with new things to work on.

At The House of Volley, we want to help you win and have fun doing it. We encourage players to come and train without the added pressure to perform athletes often get at their typical practice. No matter what field within the sport athletes are looking for, we provide training for it. Our coaching method is backed from feeling correct/necessary movements that make the biggest difference on the court and in their athleticism. With this culture, players learn to create a new habits and learn discipline that will not only maximize their results in competition, but help them learn necessary tools that will help them succeed in life.

How it Works

Private Training

There are two ways athletes can come and train:

  1. Private strength trainings

  2. Private lessons

Personal Strength Training

Private Lessons

The second option for trainings are Private Lessons. These function as standard but are purchased separately from the strength training. Athletes can purchase private lessons one at a time or in a package to save money.

    Book strength training and enhance your athleticism by signing up for Performance Strength Training. Athletes can book 2x a week (8x a month) with this pass.

  • Private Lessons

    Book private lessons that are 1-on-1 training sessions on the court to develop skills and fundamentals. Purchase one session at a time or in a package and save more.
